Tinubu Corruption profile : how he illegally cornered N371.1 billion.

It is unfortunate that the person that is referred to as "brain behind buhari’s victory " in the last general election by buhari himself” Buhari said, “If Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not participate, there wouldn’t have been a merger and there wouldn’t have been an APC government at the centre. .Daily Post, This same man  has illegally cornered  N371.1 billion.  This man walks freely in the street of Abuja and lagos , no any anti-corruption agency has ever invited him for interrogation,  the same man is seen as a national leader of all progressive congress, a party that claim to eradicate corruption in the public sector.
see how we got our figures.

·        “The 250-hectare land valued at about n35billion and strategically located at the Ajah junction on Lekki Road was initially meant for a General Hospital for the people of Eti-Osa Local Government but was stolen by Tinubu and handed over to Trojan Estate Ltd – a company owned by Deji and Wale Tinubu – to develop as Royal Garden Housing Estate at the expense of the taxpayers of Lagos.”
·        “The 1,000 hectares of land valued at about n75billion located at Lakowe near Abijo at Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and given to Lekki Concession Company (LCC) which is partly- owned by Tinubu and Fashola and being developed as golf course and housing estate by Assets and Resource Management Ltd (ARM) as ADIVA project.”
·        “The prime land of 157 hectares with 2.5km of Atlantic beachfront valued at about n10billion and stolen by Tinubu from the communities of Siriwon, Igbekodo, Apakin, etc in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and given to Ibukun Fakeye – his crony to build a golf course and luxury villa with little or no compensation to the villagers. In addition, Tinubu paid $20million (n3billion) out of public treasury to Ibukun Fakeye to commence the project in late 2006. Fashola has since released additional funding for this project, which is not owned by the state government.”
·        “The choice property at Lekki-Epe road on which he built and owns the multi-billion Naira Oriental Hotel and the extension of multi-storey car park beside it. Also, the multi-level recreation centre by Mobil in Oniru Estate on Lekki-Epe road jointly owned with ARM and Tunji Olowolafe. All these assets valued at over n25billion were obtained without paying a kobo to the Lagos State Government.”
·        The 3.8-hectare of land of Lagos State Fisheries office in VI (beside the Institute of Oceanography) valued at n3billion.
·        The entire Ogudu foreshore scheme initially earmarked for a low-cost housing scheme valued at n5billion
·        The Ilubinrin housing estate (which used to house Lagos state civil servants and judges up till 2007) valued at N2.5billion.
·        Tinubu’s residence at 26 Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi was initially falsely presented as Oando Plc Guest House. Later, he purportedly bought it from Oando, and used public funds to rebuild and renovate it. The Lagos State Government bought the property and paid an undisclosed sum to him and thereafter gave the property back to him under the bogus Pension Bill he signed to law shortly before he left office in 2007. The property is worth over N600 million.
·        The annex of the Lagos State Guest House in Asokoro, Abuja was bought by the State Government in 2006 for N450 million, purportedly to protect the main house from security breach. Shortly after Tinubu left office, the property was transferred to him under the pension plan he signed into law before leaving office.  Bribe Nigeria

Why Fayose Is Undoubtedly Pursued For Corruption And not silencing Of Opposition

The embattled governor of Ekiti state , Mr. Ayodele Fayose is now in the jaws of the economic and financial crime commission for the role he played in the misuse of  a fund he allegedly received from the  office of the former national security adviser , colonel sambo dasuki, is fayose actually corrupt is  federal government pursuing him for a political gain? below are some of the findings that shows that  actually Mr. Fayose is  charge for corruption and not silencing of opposition s claim by him.
·       he has bought a property worth N1.3 billion  in just six month as a government,   it is no doubt even his entire eentiltlemeent for the period of  8 years in office is not worth that sahara reporters
a document shows how a money is trasfered from  the office of the former national security adviser to his personal bank account in zenith bank , ““Shortly after confirming the figure, Abiodun was used to coordinate the disbursement of the funds. On June 26, 2014, the wanted associate (Abiodun Agbele) paid N137million into Ayodele Fayose’s account 10003126654 with Zenith Bank through Teller-0556814. Fayose’s BVN on the teller is 22338867502. On August 22, 2014, he paid N50million into the same account. By the records from the bank, Abiodun paid another N118, 760,000 into Fayose’s account on 27/8/14.
“Based on the transfers, Fayose moved N300million to a Fixed Deposit Account No 9013074033 with Zenith Bank at 15, Olusola Abiona Street, Olorunda Estate, Alapere Ketu. He has the same BVN-22338867502.
“After that, Abiodun deposited another N100million from the N1, 219, 490,000 into Spotless Hotel Account run by Fayose and  Helen Olayemi Fayose with Account No. 1010170969, Fayose’s BVN is 223338867502 and Helen’s BVN in the account is 22298990256.” sahara reporter
·       he claim zenith bank sponsored his re-election and the bank deny it. “In somewhat shocking circumstances, sources close to INFORMATION NIGERIA have denied the Governor’s claims. Zenith Bank was said to have handed EFCC all documents required to nail the Ekiti state governor. Fayose has also been challenged by the bank to publish his bank statements for all his 3 accounts at the bank so the public could see them.” information nigeria

·       Fayose serially took bribes from Ekiti contractors “He said on June 17, 2014, Mr. Oluseye, accompanied by Biodun Agbele, who he said was fronting for Mr. Fayose, arrived the Akure airport and took delivery of N724,500,000.00 from Mr. Obanikoro who was with his ADC, Lieutenant Colonel A.O Adewale. The EFCC official also claimed that the next day, N494, 990,000.00 was delivered by Mr. Obanikoro in the same manner at the airport. He said in all, Mr Obanikoro, a former senator, conveyed N1, 219,490,000.00 through a chartered aircraft belonging to GYRO AIR Limited with registration number: HS125-800 5N-BMT.”  premium times

Therefore with the above findings it is with no doubt that fayose is undoubtedly corrupt.

Why Buhari Is Not Probing His Party Members

From the ongoing anti-corruption fight , it may  seem as if  the fight is targeted against the member of the people democratic party, can we say    this buhari’s anti-corruption war  is meant to cripple opposition? , no,  here are some of the reason why buhari is not going after his party members.

·       They  have returned  their loot especially those in the cabinet , people like the mr. Rotimi amaechi who was alleged  to have stole 500 million euros source or the former governor of lagos state  we was accused of building a personal website for n78 million source Might have returned their loot , if not i see no reason why mr. Buhari will let them in his cabinet, this can be confirmed by his recent apeal to looter to return their loot, see statement ““whoever deters us from fighting corruption will suffer the consequences. It is unfortunate that the elite are self-centred and they only think about themselves.“be assured that we care about you at all times. This government is concerned about your welfare and we will work hard to improve it,” buhari said.

·       Pdp accused looters are not like apc looters , apc looters always cooperate with  efcc and return their loot  whereas apc looters are sturbon and instead of returning their loot they cry persecution, witch-hunting etc,  for example jaafar isa return the n100 million he took from the office of  dasukigate , a source from efcc says ““we let him go after returning the sum of n100million. We are expecting him to return the rest soon,” the source said.” Source whereas mr. Oliseh metuh and femi fani kayoed cry witch-hunting and proof sturbon in his words “for the last few weeks i have been the subject of absurd and outlandish headline stories in various newspapers who have accused me of being a fraudster and who have claimed that funds were transferred into my bank account by the former national security advisor, col. Sambo dasuki and by the governor of the central bank bank of nigeria. They have also claimed that i used public funds for the presidential campaign of president goodluck jonathan. The attempt to tarnish my name, paint me as a common criminal and convict me of wrongdoing in the court of public opinion without even hearing my side of the story is petty source

Has Efcc Probe Borno IDP Camps Officials?

how far with the corruption  probe at the IDPs camp in borno,  with the recent fund diversion from  the
“We have not been served food in the camp for five days now. I have two wives and nine children staying with me in the camp. I cannot watch them die of hunger. Sometimes they serve us rice with soup claiming there are no tomatoes to cook stew. It is terrible,” he said.
He narrated that he was from Gamboru and when Boko Haram took it over, they moved to Fotokol in Cameroon and were later moved to the Minawo camp near Garoua. According to him, at the camp in Cameroon they were fed for a year with problem.
Mohammed noted that it was his wife that convinced him to return to Nigeria. “She said she got information that Governor Shettima was doing well for IDPs in the state. As a refugee in Cameroon, I lacked nothing. Look at me here dying of hunger. In Cameroon they were proving us with clothes and when your wife gives birth, they provide you with infants’ kits,” he said.
But the concern of Malum Mustapha is different from that of his father. He said he has never been to school and there was no plan to enroll him into any when they were in Gamboru as all his seniors have never been to school until they came to the camp.
“I am now in class 3 and can read and write simple English. I started schooling in the camp. My brothers and sisters have also enrolled. I was only going to Quaranic School back in Gamboru. We are not paying anything in this school. I just hope I will see such school to continue my education when we leave the camp,” he said.
Modu Kolomi, an IDP from Bama staying at Dalori 1 camp in Maiduguri also told Daily Trust that they are happy with the recent announcement by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), that they are going to investigate alleged cases of corruption in the IDP camps.
“We shall give them all the information they require. NEMA and SEMA will provide enough food items to the camps, before day break, they have disappeared. Who will come here in the night and steal bags of rice?” he queried.
He noted that “Before the 2015 elections when everybody wanted our votes, the state government was feeding us well and even providing us with cows. Some cows will be brought in the evening by morning they will disappear. All the camps are heavily guarded. Who will come and carry the cow? Let the EFCC come.”
