Job Misconduct Or Fear Of Buhari

A new portal signal, gathered that premium times has suspended a journalist named Samuel Ogundipe, for a role he played in reporting the a story linking Aisha Buhari, wife of Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari to the Halliburton scandal.
“Premium Times has slammed a three-week suspension on Samuel Ogundipe, a journalist who wrote a story linking Aisha Buhari, wife of Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari to the Williams Jefferson scandal, SIGNAL can exclusively report.
Ogundipe, a General Assignment Correspondent with the Premium Times online newspaper was suspended after failing to respond to a query issued by the management of the newspaper and eluding a disciplinary panel, according to our source within the paper who did not want to be named.
Trouble began for Ogundipe when Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose revived a controversy surrounding the role played by Aisha Buhari, wife of President Muhammadu Buhari in a messy bribery scandal involving U.S. Congressman, Williams Jefferson.
Mr. Fayose had distributed a link to the U.S. Department of Justice website holding court documents where Mrs. Buhari was alleged to have transferred suspicious funds to a convicted former American congressman, Williams Jefferson.” sources:
could this be because of his junk journalism or fear of possible consequence from Aso rock, some says what Governor Ayodele fayose is going through is an eye opener to many.

FG to deal with those against anti-graft war

“Whoever deter us from fighting corruption will suffer the consequences. It is unfortunate that the elite are self-centred and they only think about themselves.
“Be assured that we care about you at all times. This government is concerned about your welfare and we will work hard to improve it,”

Is this buhari’s anti-corruption war meant to cripple opposition?

The osun state chapter of the peoples democratic party pdp has described the anti-graft war  as a measure to curtail opposition part in the state , the state chapter of the party challenge president muhammad buhari to probe  his corrupt party members and not only  PDP party member , read the the statement “  it is pertinent at this point to draw the attention of well-meaning nigerians and indeed the international community to the gross impunity, selectivity and high handedness which have trailed the anti-corruption war of the APC government led by retired general muhammadu buhari in the last one year. “it is becoming evident with each passing day that the buhari administration is using its much vaunted war against graft as a tool to decimate the camp of those who disagree with it on any issue and ensure that it remains politically relevant as another general election draws nearer”. “an objective assessment of the corruption war so far shows a clear lack of sincerity, clear partisanship and apparent steam of vendetta exhibited in the way the economic and financial crimes commission cherry picks its targets depending mainly on whether they are in agreements or in opposition to the politics of the president”. “nigerians will recall that since the buhari administration came on board a little over a year ago, the only known ‘friend’ of the president who had been arrested on charges of corruption was one mr. Jaffar issa who was picked by the efcc early january on allegations that he received a hundred million naira from the office of the national security adviser. A few days later however, mr. Issa was released from custody and has remained a free man till date”. “while dozens of petitions have been written with documentary evidence of corrupt practices against at least two serving ministers of the buhari administration (dr kayode fayemi and mr. Rotimi amaechi), the efcc has ignored calls for their investigation and prosecution. Well reported and documented allegations of corruption, influence peddling and nepotism in the recruitment into the cbn, firs and other federal agencies have equally been glossed over by the anti-graft agency”. “a 50 billion dollar bribery allegation made against an energy company where persons close to the president are known to have some interests has also been left unattended for reasons well known to discerning members of the public”. “while the efcc is busy pursuing leaders of the people’s democratic party ; throwing them into illegal detentions and subjecting them to humiliating media trials over campaign funds used in governorship and presidential elections, it has failed to beam its search on how the ruling APC hired private jets and international pr consultants, mobilized for rallies, sponsored tv and newspaper advertorials and carried out other expenses running into trillions of naira when it is on record that its presidential candidate claimed he could not afford a sum of 27 million naira to buy his nomination form in 2014”. “if you must probe where fayose and omisore got their governorship campaign funds from, why not beam the same light on how aregbesola, oshiomole and fayemi funded theirs? Are their two different sets of laws and morality in the books of the federal government as it pursues its agenda? Should the efcc which is itself a product of the law turn against the law in the way it violates the constitution and court orders especially as it haunts governor ayo fayose, otunba iyiola omisore and other PDP leaders”? “nigerians will also recollect that a notable lagos lawyer and human rights activist, mr. Ebun adegboruwa who had been vocal in his criticism of the one sided, ill-conceived corruption war of the buhari administration was arrested and detained a few days after appearing on a television show to demand that the buhari administration follows due process of the law and adopt a less partisan approach in the corruption war”. “it is pertinent to repeat that our party is willing to support any genuine efforts to stamp out the menace of corruption from our public life on the condition that such efforts are holistic and non-discriminatory. Nigeria is our common heritage and must be saved from the hemorrhage of looting of public funds under any guise and by any group of persons regardless of their political leanings”. “what we reject is the present deceptive campaign which is an apparent political gimmick to hide the monumental failure of the APC government to positively affect the lives of the vast majority of Nigerians after more than one year in office”. “we are convinced that what the buhari administration seeks to do is to stifle dissenting voices and make political opposition weaker in order to have a smooth sail in the 2019 elections. This appears to be the only option for a party that has not and may not make any meaningful difference in the social-economic life of the citizens in the next three years. This is an option Nigerians must collectively reject in the interest of our dear nation”. Source
The question here , are aregbesola, oshiomole and fayemi not corrupt or is the efcc stopped from probing them. Some says aregbesola, oshiomole and fayemi are connected with the misappropriated armed fund while some sees it as an effort to cripple opposition.

Difference Between Buhari and GEJ Corruption fight

before the coming of this government the laws are made for the poor while the elites and politicians are almost untouchable, but with coming of president muhammadu buhari the following personalities are also touchable.

initially Alison-Madueke and Akanni-Aluko were initially charged alongside Babajide John Omokore, Atlantic Energy Brass Development Ltd, Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Ltd, Victor Briggs, Abiye Membere and David Mbanefo for alleged crude oil fraud. but now her name is not mentioned in the case/
this case some how shows that the former minister is clear of the alleged fraud. and does this define of apc and sanusi?

Could Buahari Be Corrupt, Fayose Ask Him To Return N1.5 Billion Naira.

buhari and fayose

Could Buahari Be Corrupt, Fayose Ask Him To Return N1.5 Billion Naira.
In the words of the of the ekiti state pdp chapter
“equity and justice demand that Buhari should return what he got from Ekiti State treasury through Fayemi, if he is running after those who allegedly got money from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA).”  The party continue saying
““N1.5 billion is a lot of money and Ekiti State government will only need to add some millions to be able to pay one month salary if Buhari returns the money.

“The APC government of Fayemi left office with August and September 2014 salaries of workers unpaid but the same Fayemi could donate N1.5bn to Buhari’s campaign just because he wanted to be minister.

Where then is the morality in Buhari’s anti-corruption posture when he was funded with stolen fund?

“The President must therefore return the N1.5 billion stolen from Ekiti State that was used to fund his election,” the PDP said.

While reiterating the PDP’s support for the fight against corruption, the party said, “President Buhari must first remove the logs in his eyes before his attempt to remove the toothpicks in other people’s eyes can be taken seriously and the first step he must take is to return the N1.5 billion he got from Fayemi to fund his election.”

Could it  be true that buhari actually took money from a corrupt sources to fund his 2015 campaign?
This allegation put forward by fayose and his party is hefty and may redefine the fight against corruption championed by this administration? But fayose is yet to present a document or proved that such “allegation” actually happened.

FFK released on bail condition

" the Federal High Court has granted bail in the sum of N250m to Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, who is being tried by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for an alleged fraud of N4.9bn.

Justice Muslim Hassan granted the bail with two sureties in like sum and ordered Fani-Kayode to deposit his passport in the custody of the court pending the outcome of the case."
so  from a bail at 250 mllion naira and two sureties i like sum , meaning 750 million naira, so waht  we don't is FFK, going to be refunded if he is not convicted?
